The Allen County Recorder’s Office Records DBA/sole proprietorship business and general partnership names. The recording process can be completed while you wait, or you may mail the completed notarized form along with the $25.00 fee to Allen County Recorder’s Office, 1 East Main Street Room 100 Fort Wayne IN 46802. Please provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope for the return of the document if you choose to mail in the form.
Please Note: A street address must be provided for the business location in Allen County. Post office box addresses are not acceptable. Start your research at the Indiana Secretary of State.
