Document recording will stop early on Friday, July 8, in preparation for a software upgrade that goes live next week.

If you have a document that needs to be recorded before the end of the business day on Friday, July 8, we encourage you to get it in as soon as possible.  Document recording will stop at 3 p.m. on July 8 in preparation for a software upgrade.

As we get ready to launch this software upgrade, the Recorder's Office must halt document recording early to assure that all documents that have been recorded can be processed and data converted over the weekend, in time for our launch on July 11.

The software upgrade integrates several applications into a single interface, streamlines the recording process and provides across-the-board employee cross-training.  It is our hope that this update makes an already quick process of document recording even faster.

The upgrade relates only to the employee side of the system, so our customers should not notice any major difference in the way we provide them with services.
